CROPPING OPTIONS |
| |
 |
Your films have been mounted into a holder
(cardboard, plastic, etc.) which, normally have slightly rounded
corners. In order to provide a full transfer of your
slides; we scan and capture a portion of the holder. If
you choose the original scan you will receive the image with a
black border as shown in the example.
(Note: picture frames may not cover all of
the border; if printed) |

We can crop (cut off) a large
portion of the scanned holder; thereby, leaving one hundred
percent of the image. However, please note that a small
border and the corners remain. (Note: most picture
frames will cover all borders and corners; if printed) |

Closer cropping will
eliminate most, if not all, of the small borders. However,
please note a small portion of the image may be eliminated and
the black corners will remain. (Note: most picture
frames will cover all borders and corners; if printed) |

Even closer cropping will
remove the borders and corners. This makes for better
viewing, but you lose the extreme outside edges of the images.
