My Life Remembered's "ECONOMY SCAN SLIDESHOWS"
are exactly that. Each photo is scanned and the resulting digital data is then placed into a slideshow
presentation; transitions are inserted along with music, when applicable.
This conversion process is a true digital scan and is therefore more than precise enough
to create a beautiful, long lasting, easy to use, presentation that is
capable of satisfying the needs of the vast majority of people.
We employ
premium quality scanners from industry leading: Hewlett Packard, Epson,
and Microtek. We
utilize software from Nero, Microsoft, Pinnacle, Ulead and Adobe. Our
computers are custom built to meet specific movie conversion standards. Then
to complete the process; we use burners from Lite-on, Sony, Panasonic,
Samsung and Zenith.
If it sounds like you get a lot for only
69¢ per photo; you do. Unlike many of our
competitors; we do not have a DVD package charge. We do not have a
presentation charge. If you purchase from us, the charge for seventy
five (75) photos scanned, burned onto the DVD, including labels and Jewel Cases will be $51.75, (.69 X
75) Plus Shipping.
The slideshow is burned
onto a (-R) format DVD so all that is required to view the presentation is a
modern DVD player.

Life Remembered offers printable "TIFF" files.

1" X 1½" pictures scanned at 4000 dpi will result in printable tiff files capable of producing 13.33" X 20" prints.

5" X 7" pictures scanned at 900 dpi will result in printable tiff files capable of producing 15" X 21" prints.

8" X 10" pictures scanned at 600 dpi will bring
about printable tiff files capable of producing 16" X 20" prints.
Carry your files (DVD) to the photo lab of your
choice (Wal-mart, Target, Wolf Camera, RItz Camera, Walgreens, Etc) and
obtain professional prints.
Note: TIFF files are so large that they are
practically unusable on the internet. Therefore, if you need scans for
the internet; we offer JPG files.
