Winston Productions offers complete coverage capabilities which include: 
  • Up to seven cameras with hard drive capture. (see video equipment below)

  • Up to four lapel microphones, four handheld microphones, three stereo microphones, two directional microphones and an audio mixer. (see audio equipment below)

  • Up to seven tripods, two dual mountable camera stands and three specially designed singular mounted camera stands with height capabilities up to ten feet (see stabilization equipment below).

  • A minimum of two (2) camera operators. 
  • Up to one hour of ceremony locale survey time.
  • Up to two hours of equipment set-up time.
  • Up to three hours of capture time. (Additional time available as shown below)
  • Up to three hours of audio and video editing time. (Additional time available as shown below)
  • Insertion of introduction (Into) and credits clips.
  • Insertion of transitions.
  • Insertion of any desired in-house, royalty free, licensed, background music
  • Insertion of audio/voice overlay/sound strips.
  • Twenty miles of one way travel included.

  • Burning of Production burned onto a minus R (-R) DVD.

  • Additional copy of production.

Winston Productions does not book two events for capture at the same time, on the same day. Each event will receive the same degree of service and the same quality equipment.  NOTE: Naturally, not all equipment will be appropriate for use on all events; however, all operational equipment will be available for use, if and when needed.
 

VIDEO EQUIPMENT:

  • Two (2), broadcast quality, Canon XL-2 digital cameras, recording directly onto, Focus FS-C, digital hard drives; thereby, eliminating the video inconsistencies that are associated with tape stored captures, each XL-2 is equipped with a 20X Fluorite Zoom Lens with Optical Image Stabilization, each utilizing what is known as three CCD capabilities.  

  • One (1) Canon XL-1S digital camera, recording directly onto a, Focus FS-C, digital hard drive; thereby, eliminating the video inconsistencies that are associated with tape stored captures, equipped with an Optical Image Stabilized, 16X Zoom Lens or a Canon 3x Super Wide-Angle Zoom lens (as needed for a particular event), three CCD including Pixel Shift Technology.

  • Two (2) Sony digital hard drive "area cameras" for quick shot capabilities.

  • Two Sony (????????) cameras capable of transmitting data to computers which are equipped digital hardware and software programs capable of storing images onto the hard drives.
  AUDIO EQUIPMENT RESERVED FOR USE WITH THIS PACKAGE:
  STABILIZATION EQUIPMENT:

  • Up to two Bogen / Manfrotto tripods equipped with 503 Pro Video Fluid Heads.
  • Up to three Sunpak 9750 tripods which are utilized for stationary and height sensitive captures.
  • Two dual mountable camera stands
  • Three singular mountable camera stands with height capabilities of ten feet.

Naturally, not all cameras, tripods, microphones, transmitters, receivers and mixers shown will be utilized at a wedding.  Even if the use of all equipment was to be deemed appropriated, never would all pieces be utilized simultaneously.  The reason all pieces will be reserved and made available is that, as with any uncontrolled event, varying situations such as number of people, lighting, background, reflections, camera area, etc. will dictate which piece of equipment will be most appropriate .

*    Additional fees:
1. TRAVEL: $       .00 0-20 Miles (Included).
    $       .75 (75¢ per mile for all over 20 miles).
2. LODGING: $  100.00

per day for all locations in excess of 100 miles or requiring multiple commutes.

  
3. CLOTHING: $ ACTUAL CHARGES

Should specialty clothing be required for an event, i.e. "Black Tie Events" or "White Tie Events" then such cost will be added.

  
4. COVER CHARGES & ENTRANCE FEES: $ ACTUAL CHARGES Cover charges and/or event entrance fees require additional payment.
5. ADDITIONAL TIME: $  125.00

Per thirty minutes or any portion thereof.

  
   NOTE: One hour of capture will not equal one hour of viewing time once video is edited.
